Wuhan Foody's Inactive Yeast (Brewer’s Yeast) is an ingredient sourced from inactivated Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It undergoes washing and drying processes and is provided as a light yellow to gray-yellow powder for nutritional and food uses.
It offers proteins, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and polysaccharides derived from yeast. Its rich taste makes it suitable as a nutritional component and flavor enhancer in many formulations.
You can add the powder to dietary supplements, nutritional blends, baked items, soups, sauces, seasonings, plant-based products, and animal feeds. It does not dissolve in water.
