Tianli's Ascorbic Acid 97.5% is a vitamin C ingredient that comes as a coated granular powder, intended for use in dietary supplements, functional foods, beverages, and various nutritional formulations. Containing 97.5% ascorbic acid, its coated form is intended to enhance handling and stability throughout storage and processing. The powder can be added to various commercial vitamin C products.
The ingredient is created from sorbitol as a raw material through a production method that merges fermentation with later chemical processing to yield ascorbic acid. The ascorbic acid is subsequently coated to produce a more specialized ingredient form.
