Yeast Beta Glucan (1,3/1,6) 70% from Wuhan Foody is a refined polysaccharide derived from the cell walls of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It contains at least 70% yeast beta-glucan with a β-(1,3)-(1,6)-D-glucan structure and comes as a powder ranging from light yellow to dark bronze.
The component does not dissolve in water and is appropriate for dry mixtures and formulations intended for insoluble components.
It is intended for incorporation into dietary supplements, functional foods, and various nutritional products.
