Yeast Beta Glucan (1,3/1,6) 70% USP by Wuhan Foody is an ingredient obtained and refined from the cell wall of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It contains β-(1,3)-(1,6)-D-glucan and is supplied as a powder ranging from light yellow to dark bronze.
The product is evaluated for over 70% beta-glucan through a USP enzymatic assay. It does not dissolve in water, which makes it ideal for dry mixtures and formulations that include insoluble components.
It is designed for incorporation into dietary supplements, functional foods, nutritional products, and various nutraceutical formulations.
