KRYSTAR® 300 Crystalline Fructose from Tate & Lyle is a corn-derived nutritive sweetener with at least 99.5% fructose content. It is provided in a crystalline white form with medium granulation for applications in food, beverage, and nutrition formulations that need a flexible fructose sweetener.
KRYSTAR® 300 offers a quick onset of sweetness and a clean aftertaste, delivering around 117% of sucrose's sweetness. Its crystalline structure facilitates easy handling and mixing, while its solubility and moisture retention characteristics render it appropriate for various food and beverage applications.
KRYSTAR® 300 is suitable for use in drinks, baked goods, cereals, candies, dairy items, snacks, health products, and powdered beverages. It can additionally be mixed with sucrose or various sweeteners to modify sweetness and flavor characteristics, depending on formulation needs and relevant regulations.
