FOSSENCE® P95 Short-Chain Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) from Tata NQ is a soluble prebiotic fiber that consists of 95% short-chain FOS and 90.25% fiber content. It is provided in powdered form for inclusion in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, functional foods, drinks, and various nutritional products.
The component is created from sucrose (cane sugar) via a precise fermentation method. Its powdered form facilitates easy handling, measuring, mixing, and integration into drinks, nutritional items, dairy and non-dairy products, bars, and various food systems. FOSSENCE® P95 is entirely water soluble and offers around 30–40% of the sweetness found in sucrose.
FOSSENCE® P95 is suitable for dietary supplements, prebiotic fiber items, functional foods and drinks, nutritional powders, dairy goods, nutrition bars, cereal products, and meal replacement formulations. It can also be integrated into systems for reducing sugar and in food and beverage blends, adhering to formulation needs and relevant regulations.
