Organic Nu-BIND® (Gum Fiber Blend) by RIBUS is an organic plant-based gum and fiber blend made from guar gum, gum arabic, agave fiber, rice hulls, and agave syrup. Developed for food and dietary supplement applications, this clean-label ingredient is designed to support binding and ingredient cohesion in a variety of formulations while meeting the needs of organic product development.
Produced using RIBUS' proprietary processing method, Organic Nu-BIND® is manufactured into a light tan, fine powder with consistent quality for dry and blended formulations. Its gum and fiber composition is compatible with a range of food applications where ingredient binding and handling are important during production.
