HiCel 90M (Microcrystalline Cellulose 102 USP DC Grade) from Sigachi is a direct-compression type of microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) produced from refined dissolving-grade wood pulp. It serves as a pharmaceutical excipient, mainly functioning as a binder and diluent in solid dosage forms.
Created using hydrolysis and spray drying, HiCel 90M obtains physical properties favorable for direct compression. Its powdered state facilitates flow, mixing, and compaction in tablet production, aiding formulators in creating uniform solid dosage forms.
HiCel 90M is appropriate for pharmaceutical tablets, nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, and additional solid dosage uses. Pharmaceutical manufacturers, supplement firms, contract manufacturers, and formulation developers can utilize MCC 102 USP for direct-compression uses.
