Bovine Gelatin Hydrolysate Food Grade 70 Mesh from Vyse Gelatin LLC is a gelatin hydrolysate for food use, obtained from bovine sources. It is provided as a granulated powder ranging from white to amber with a 70 Mesh specification and dissolves in cold water.
Hydrolyzed gelatin is broken down into smaller protein segments and lacks the same gel-forming properties as traditional gelatin. The powdered form allows for easy handling, measuring, and mixing into dry and liquid formulations.
