MAT-MALT 16020 serves as a thickener or filler in processed foods to help increase their volume. MAT-MALT 16020 can be used in nutraceuticals, beverages, ice creams, desserts, yogurts, biscuits, baby foods, baking, seasoning, and confectionery.
