The extract of Sarahara is Aesculus hippocastanum L, a plant in the Aesculus family. The active ingredients are sugar and triterpene saponins. Aescin or Escin has been isolated and identified from triterpene saponins. Sala seed extract has the properties of anti-tissue edema, reducing vascular permeability, preventing water accumulation in tissues, and rapidly eliminating the heavy sensation and pressure caused by local edema. Can treat stomach cold, pain, abdominal fullness, chancre pain, malaria, dysentery.
