Lactobacillus fermentum LF61 was isolated from healthy human breast milk. At present, the strain is deposited in the China General Microbial Culture Collection Management Center, CGMCC No.18296. Lactobacillus fermentum LF61 is prepared by patented technologies such as expansion, enrichment and freeze-drying. Its appearance is milky white or light yellow. It can be widely used in food, health products, daily chemical products, pharmaceutical products and agricultural products. The research results confirmed that the main functions of Lactobacillus fermentum LF61 are as follows:
