This product is a blend of refined, bleached and deodorized (RBD) soybean oil and fully hydrogenated soybean oil. It is an ideal liquid fry shortening and is an economic alternative to other fry oils available. It contains no trans fatty acids, is free from allergens and genetically modified material. TBHQ has been added to increase stability and silicones to prevent foaming.
