Black Pepper Coarse Grind (12-16 mesh) by Noble House Spice

Coarse ground Black Pepper, is a grind with a 12-16 mesh size (US mesh). The Black Pepper is sourced from Quang Tri, Viet Nam from 7,700 small holder plantations that we helped to establish. The whole pepper was spiral cleaned, ETO treated, optically sorted to remove foreign matter to a standard that is 100 times cleaner than ASTA standards. We grind to order so that you receive the freshest spice. The ground Black Pepper is Kosher and Non-GMO. We do not process any allergens in our facility. COA includes results for microbial counts, dangerous pathogens, heavy metals, water activity, mold and yeast. Custom grinds are available.
