Xylitol is a five-carbon sugar alcohol. Our Xylitol uses xylose derived from corncob as raw material. It is processed through dissolution, discoloration, hydrogenation, purification, crystallization and drying.
Xylitol has very low calories, leaving a cool feeling in mouth .It can accerelate the proliferation of bifidobacterium without being fermented by yeast. It hsvery good moisture retention and it is heat resistant, stable with acid, alkali and will not cause a maillard reaction.
