RiceRite™ is a line of versatile sweeteners made from whole-grain brown rice that provide both nutritional and functional benefits.
It has a broad range of applications in baked goods, beverages, confections, cereals, prepared foods, snacks, seasonings, and sauces. Depending on the sugar profile (DE) and application, RiceRite™ adds body, provides binding, promotes browning in crust and crumb, improves mouthfeel, inhibits ice crystal formation, creates chewiness, and provides low-tack coatings. As a binding agent, RiceRite™ complements, enhances, and fortifies color and flavor while extending shelf life. As a natural preservative, it also allows for fewer additives on the nutritional label. It is highly soluble, easily digested, and provides balanced and sustained energy.
