Streptococcus thermophilus ST81 is isolated from Nairiyin hot zone (local traditional hand-made milk tofu) in Shangdu Town, Zhenglan Banner, Xilinguole League, Inner Mongolia, and has the effects of regulating intestinal flora and alleviating constipation. The strain is currently deposited in the China General Microbial Culture Collection Management Center, CGMCC No. 15752. S.thermophilus is prepared by patented technologies such as expansion, enrichment and freeze-drying. Its appearance is milky white or light yellow. It can be widely used in food, health products, daily chemical products, pharmaceutical products and agricultural products. The results of the study confirmed that the main functions of Streptococcus thermophilus ST81 are as follows:
