Pediococcus pentosaceus PP06 is isolated from group 2 fermented pickles in Shimiao village, Jintang County, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It has the effects of improving immunity, inhibiting pathogenic bacteria and inhibiting tumor cells. At present, the strain is deposited in the China General Microbial Culture Collection Management Center, CGMCC No. 19249. Pediococcus pentosaceus PP06 is prepared by patented technologies such as expansion, enrichment and freeze-drying. Its appearance is milky white or light yellow. It can be widely used in food, health products, daily chemical products, pharmaceutical products and agricultural products. The research results confirmed that the main functions of Pediococcus pentosaceus PP06 are as follows:
