Lactococcus lactis subsp.Lactis LLa61 was isolated from the cheese in Yushugou Town, Changji City, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It has the functions of regulating intestinal flora and relieving constipation. At present, the strain is deposited in the China General Microorganisms Collection and Management Center, number CGMCC No.20072. Lactococcus lactis subsp.Lactis LLa61 is manufactured by patented techniques such as cultivation, enrichment and freeze-drying. It has a milky white
or light yellow appearance and can be widely used in food, health care products, personal care, pharmaceuticals and agricultural products. The results confirmed that the main functions of Lactococcus lactis subsp.Lactis LLa61 are as follows:
