Lactobacillus sakei LSa79 is isolated from traditional food in Yushugou Town, Changji City, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It can inhibit pathogenic bacteria and improve intestinal environment. At present, the strain is deposited in the China General Microbial Culture Collection Management Center, CGMCC No. 20125. Lactobacillus sakei LSa79 is prepared by patented technologies such as expansion, enrichment and freeze-drying. Its appearance is milky white or light yellow. It can be widely used in food, health products, daily chemical products, pharmaceutical products and agricultural products.
