Lactobacillus jensenii LJe52 is isolated from Qinghai old yogurt (local traditional handmade yogurt) in Longcai Village, Dari County, Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, which has the effects of relieving diarrhea and regulating intestinal flora. At present, the strain is deposited in the China General Microbial Culture Collection Management Center, CGMCC No. 15409. Lactobacillus jensenii LJe52 is prepared by patented technologies such as expansion, enrichment and freeze-drying. Its appearance is milky white or light yellow. It can be widely used in food, health products, daily chemical products, pharmaceutical products and agricultural products. The research results confirmed that the main functions of Lactobacillus jensenii LJe52 are as follows:
