Lactobacillus casei LC89 is isolated from Qinghai old yogurt (local traditional hand-made yogurt) in Longcai Village, Dari County, Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province. At present, the strain is deposited in the China General Microbial Culture Collection Management Center, CGMCC No. 15409. Lactobacillus casei LC89 powder is prepared by patented technologies such as expansion, enrichment and freeze-drying. Its appearance is milky white or light yellow. It can be widely used in food, health products, daily chemical products,pharmaceutical products and agricultural products.
