Lactobacillus brevis LB01 was isolated from cheese in yushugou Town, Changji City, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. It has the effects of regulating intestinal flora and relieving constipation. At present, the strain is deposited in the China General Microbial Culture Collection Management Center, CGMCC No.16921. Lactobacillus brevis LB01 is prepared by patented technologies such as expansion, enrichment and freeze-drying. Its appearance is milky white or light yellow. It can be widely used in food, health products, daily chemical products, pharmaceutical products and agricultural products. The research results confirmed that the main functions of Lactobacillus brevis LB01 are as follows:
