MAT-FLO (Conventional Rice Flour - Medium) is a premium grade, finely milled flour from rice kernels. MAT-FLO is naturally gluten free and GMO-free. MAT-FLO has a neutral flavor, it is digested easily and is hypoallergenic. MAT-FLO is used to make noodles, pastries and cakes. MAT-FLO is used in baking recipes, mixes and sauces as a thickening agent. It is an alternative to wheat flour in gluten-free baked goods. MAT-FLO is also used as dusting powder for high hydration doughs to prevent dough stickup.
