MAT-BLANC 1012 LS (Non-GMO Food Grade Native Corn Starch) is produced by the corn wet milling process. MAT-BLANC 1012 LS is a clean label, refined food grade starch made from NON-GMO corn. MAT-BLANC 1012 LS is used as a thickening agent in food applications such as puddings, salad dressings, prepared mixes, and gravies. MAT-BLANC 1012 LS is also used as stabilizer, gelling and water-binding agent. MAT-BLANC 1012 LS is allergen free.
