Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin by Wellness Nutrition is a chemically modified derivative of β-cyclodextrin in which hydroxypropyl groups are introduced onto the cyclodextrin structure. This modification improves the water solubility of the parent β-cyclodextrin and makes the ingredient useful as a formulation aid and complexing agent.
