Halal Gelatin Granules are light yellow or yellow in appearance. Gelatine is a natural protein in which amino acids are formed by a complex molecular structure. It is soluble in hot water, glycerol, acetic acid, salicylic acid, terephthalic acid, urea, thiourea, thiocyanate, and potassium bromide solutions. It is insoluble in ether, ethyl alcohol, chloroform, and other organic solvents. It is also almost odorless and tasteless.
