ALCOLEC EM is a water dispersible, concentrated (97% A.I. minimum), food grade, essentially oil free, enzymemodified, lecithin powder with no carriers or diluents. Being a dry powder, ALCOLEC® EM eliminates the waste and mess of liquid emulsifiers. ALCOLEC® EM can be pre-blended with other dry ingredients. Alcolec EM is an excellent wetting agent and oil-in-water emulsifier, having an HLB of 9.
