Nu-SORP™ Water (Fiber Fruit Blend) by RIBUS is a plant-based fiber fruit blend made from rice fiber, psyllium fiber, and banana flour. Developed for food applications, this clean-label ingredient is designed to help absorb and retain water in formulations, making it suitable for products where moisture management is an important part of processing.
Produced using RIBUS' proprietary processing method, Nu-SORP™ Water is manufactured into a light to medium brown, fine, free-flowing powder with consistent quality for a variety of food formulations. Its fiber-based composition is compatible with dry and hydrated applications where water absorption and ingredient distribution are important during production.
