Nu-BIND® (Gum Fiber Blend) by RIBUS is a plant-based gum and fiber blend made from guar gum, gum arabic, agave fiber, rice hulls, and agave syrup. Developed for food applications, this clean-label ingredient is designed to support ingredient binding in a variety of formulations while providing a plant-based alternative to conventional binding and processing ingredients.
Produced using RIBUS' proprietary processing method, Nu-BIND® is manufactured into a light tan, fine powder with consistent quality for dry and blended food formulations. Its gum and fiber composition is compatible with a range of applications where ingredient binding and handling are important during production.
