The shiitake mushroom extract is obtained from shiitake mushrooms. The shiitake mushrooms contain fat, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals. The key component is a type of polysaccharide known as mushroom polysaccharide. This polysaccharide is extracted from the crushed mycelium of mushrooms, and it is rich in polysaccharides and lignin. By using the mycelium that appears before the shiitake mushroom cap and stem grow, the mushroom products produced after crushing may be good to liver health. They have the effects of reducing blood serum cholesterol, enhancing the immune system, etc. The shiitake mushroom extract is mainly used as raw materials for health food. It has a fragrant smell and is rich in nutrients.
