Savonel® SN100 is a high-quality coconut-based soap noodle manufactured by Chemrez Technologie. It is produced through controlled saponification of coconut oil, resulting in Sodium Cocoate as the primary component. The product is supplied in noodle or pellet form for use as a base material in bar soap and solid cleansing system manufacturing.
Derived entirely from coconut oil, Savonel® SN100 provides excellent cleansing performance and stable foam characteristics. The naturally retained glycerin contributes to product mildness and supports moisturizing properties in finished formulations. Its palm oil–free positioning makes it suitable for manufacturers seeking alternative vegetable-derived soap bases.
Savonel® SN100 is designed for industrial soap finishing processes, including milling, plodding, extrusion, and stamping, and supports consistent batch-to-batch performance in large-scale production environments.
