The glucoraphanin is extracted from broccoli seeds that we grow on our own farm.

This product contains both glucoraphanin (broccoli seed extract) and myrosinase, which allows glucoraphanin to be released slowly and converted to sulforaphane in vivo.

The final goal of taking Glucoraphanin (GRA) is to convert it into sulforaphane (SFN) in human body. Conversion rate of GRA to SFN is the key, our conversion rate can up to 62%. That is why we add myrosinase into our glucoraphanin.
