The range of substitution goes from 5% to 30%. In some cases, the range of substitution can be 100%. Although it looks similar to cocoa powder,
VISCOGUM RCP-MD tastes milder, sweeter, and offers a very different nutritional profile.
VISCOGUM RCP-MD is produced from the carob pods that are ground and then roasted under a strick quality controls.
