VISCOGUM RCP- D (Dark grade) is a natural Roasted Carob pods Powder used as a cocoa substitute in the chocolate products, and for its organoleptic properties with high Fiber and Sugar Content. The range of substitution goes from 5% to 30%. In some cases, the range of substitution can be 100%. Although it looks similar to cocoa powder, VISCOGUM RCP-D tastes milder, sweeter, and offers a very different nutritional profile.
