This oil is highly nutritious and contains essential fatty acids such as Myristic acid, Palmitic acid, Stearic acid, Palmitoleic acid, Oleic acid and Linoleic acid. Analysis conducted on Black Cumin oil found high levels of Crystalline nigellone and Thymoquinone.
