Nielsen’s 400 gpl Lime Juice Concentrate (also known as Tahitian or Persian Lime) is 100% pure frozen lime juice concentrate. It is made from fresh whole limes and contains no preservatives or other food chemicals. The product can be mixed with water for a single strength juice or used directly in recipes for reduced finish products. One pail will yield 40 gallons of single strength lime juice.
