Lime juice concentrate made from Key and Persian Limes. This is the closest to freshly squeezed lime juice and may be used as such. Nielsen’s Froz’n Lime may be blended with water for single strength lime juice or used directly in recipes for reduced finish product. This is ideal for operators to make key lime pies, cocktails, limeade, salad dressings, sweet-sour mixes, sauces, marinades, ice cream, and more. This item is also available in 5-oz pouches and 5-gallon pails to accommodate a variety of manufacturing needs.
