Nielsen’s Froz’n Bakers Lime Puree is made from the juice of whole Key and Persian limes (citrus aurantifolia and
citrus lantifolia) and contains no preservatives, stabilizers, colors or artificial flavors. This is the closest to freshly squeezed lime puree and may be used as such. Nielsen’s Froz’n Bakers Lime Puree may
be blended with water for single strength puree or used directly in recipes for reduced finish product. This is ideal for key lime pies, cakes, pastries, ices, sherbets and sorbets, cooked sauces and marinades. Also offered in 50-oz bottles.
