Botanic Healthcare’s Mucuna Pruriens Extract 10% Organic is a plant-derived ingredient produced from the seeds of Mucuna pruriens (family Fabaceae), commonly referred to as velvet bean / Kapikacchu. It is supplied as a powdered botanical extract intended for use as a bulk raw material in nutraceutical, food, and personal care manufacturing.
This ingredient is valued for its naturally occurring phytochemical profile, including L‑DOPA as a notable constituent of Mucuna pruriens seeds.
