Lemon Peel Natur Cell Powder is obtained by steam distillation of the peel of Citrus limon L encapsulated with inulin. This essential powder is water-soluble and ideal for dry applications such as capsules, tablets, powder mixes, or instant drinks. Most of this citrus fruit is produced in Sicily, around the towns of Palermo, Messina, Syracuse and Acireale. The fruits coexist with flowers on the same tree, and these trees are small and thorny trees, as they generally range from 3-5m high. Harvest begins in winter, around November, when the rind of the fruit turns yellow under the effect of the cold, and continues until May. The plants yield 350g of essential oil for 100kg of fruit.
