Lavender Flower Powdrer consists of the dried, whole calyces of Lavandula angustifolia Mill., selected for vibrant color and high volatile oil content. The flowers appear as small, bluish-purple florets approximately 4–6 mm in size, cleanly sifted to remove excess stem or debris that rare then finely milled into a brilliant powder. The aroma is intensely floral, sweet, and herbaceous with slight camphoraceous back notes, characteristic of linalool-rich lavender chemotypes. Flavor is bitter and aromatic.
