Jujube Extract 35% Polysaccharides by UV (10:1) is made from jujube fruit (Ziziphus jujuba), commonly called the Chinese date. Historically utilized in Asian culinary and herbal traditions, jujube is prized for its sweet fruit and naturally present polysaccharides.
The jujube fruit is processed to create a concentrated extract with a 10:1 extraction ratio, standardized to 35% polysaccharides via UV. The finished ingredient is a yellowish-brown powder suitable for dietary supplements, botanical formulations, functional nutrition products, and other applications requiring a concentrated jujube component.
Jujube Extract can be used in herbal and botanical mixtures, nutritional powders, capsules, tablets, and functional drinks. It is also suitable for fruit-oriented supplement products, private-label and contract production, and research and development.
