Fuji FF is a Non-GMO soluble fiber produced from cane sucrose. The sucrose is enzymatically converted to inulin having a chain length between GF10 - GF30. This product is superior to other plant-based inulin due to its minimal degree of variation in molecular weight distribution making it a preferred ingredient for food applications. Fuji FF is easily soluble in cold water and can be used to fortify dietary fiber in a wide range of food applications, to improve texture in baked goods, and to replace fat in dairy/non-dairy applications and condiments.
