Coconut water is the clear liquid found at the center of young (green) coconuts. Often used as a 'natural' sports drink, it is low in calories, fat and cholesterol free, and high in potassium and other electrolytes-making it excellent for hydration. Our coconut water concentrate has been freeze dried and milled into powder. This product is produced in accordance witn Good Manufacturing Practices and conforms in all respects to the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
