Evening primrose extract, derived from the seeds of the evening primrose plant (Oenothera biennis), is rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 fatty acid. Traditionally used for its potential health benefits, evening primrose oil is good to woman health, and improve skin conditions. It is also believed to improve immunity and protect the nervous system. However, while some studies suggest benefits, more research is needed to fully understand its efficacy and safety.
