BosPure® (AKBAMAX®) is a unique extract derived from the resin of the Boswellia serrata tree that grows in the wild. The tree resin naturally contains oils, gums, and the medicinally active and fragrant, terpene group. The higher-order terpenoids are collectively known as boswellic acids. They are the most active constituents of the gum resin, giving rise to a powerful remedy renowned for centuries. Our raw ingredient of AKBAMAX® is non-irradiated and its actives are safely extracted and sensitively quantified using HPLC instrumentation. AKBAMAX® is five times more potent than conventional Boswellia serrata extract and contains a minimum of 40% total Boswellic acid.
