COLLinstant® is collagen peptides of bovine origin with neutral taste and odor. Our collagen is derived from bovine skin and is therefore mainly Collagen Type I (with possibly small amounts of collagen type III). The product is in compliance with regulation (EC) 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs, with regulation (EC) 853/2004 and subsequent amendments, which regulates the production of food from animal-derived material.
